Address not being correct in Mobile Bill

As per the telecon with customer care 121 on 13.2.13 followed by mail to listen@tatadocomo.com, in the bill of my landline connection 806452588, my address is reflected as “fab mall india Pvt Ltd”. The bill is my personal connection and I have submitted my personal / individual’s documents for the same. the service provider was requested to delete in my future bills which is though assured to be done in 2 working days, they have still not been done.

To get “fab mall india Pvt Ltd” in my address in the future bills.
