I have been submitting application for change of address since I have shifted my residence from Hegdenagar to Ramamurthy nagar, I was directed to go to RT nagar from the local BSNL office (Kammanahalli) and submit my application, RT Nagar advised me to go to Ramamurthty nagar and now again Ramamurthy nagar is advising me to go back to RT nagar, nobody are willing to close this issue, in fact Ramamurthy nagar staff is asking me to cancel/deactivate this no and apply for a new no.
Please help me out.
