We have given a DEL Laptop for repairing at Adhav computers during the last week of February 2013. We are asked to pay Rs. 6000+100 for replacement of Display. We have paid Rs.6100 on 02.03.2013 and it was told that the laptop will be ready with in a week. When asked after a week, they told that the laptop is having some CD Drive problem and it will be restored in another 15 days time. But then onwards, they are giving excuses like mother board problem, sent to chennai(without our concern) for repairing etc. and till now the laptop was not repaired or returned.

We have stored our children photoes in laptop and we don’t have any other backup. also i am not able to contact my husband who is abroad
