Dear Sir, I Live in Pune,Maharastra. I went to a shop named “Aditya General Store” in Krishna chowck, Pimple Gurav, Pune on 14th Jan 2014 for recharge of my BSNL mobile number 7588736879 I asked shopkeeper named Mr. Chetan (Mobile No. 9850226309) to recharge my mobile number with a traiff which gives Unlimited BSNL to BSNL calling. Shopkeeper suggested me Rs. 894/- STV Unlimited Call free BSNL Network Local and STD for 81 Days. Then i asked to recharge that traiff. Shopkeer Mr. Chetan recharged that amount and after that i found that this tariff is applicable only for Local BSNL Network not on STD BSNL Network. Now Shopkeeper has denied to refund me the amount by saying that he has recharge on the baisi of a BSNL Document and he started misbehaving.
