We had purchased a edible Oil filling and and packing machine from Advanced Packaging System , Hyderabad, on 7-3-2013 who gave us one year warranty in writing of the said machine on the letter head of the company. After installation of the machine , the machine operator of the supplier wasted lot of our Plastic films in unsuccessful trials. the machine is not working properly not even for a single day. there is a major defect which is not solved from the supplier. he is not giving any response to solve ,and we are in a lot of trouble. he is not receiving our call . the machine is of no use inspite of our huge investment.

COST of machine- Rs. 300000 .. loss due to unsucessful trial- Rs. 49000 Loss of edible oil due to likage problem in machin e& pouch- Rs. 54000. Business loss of income and cancellation of our orders- 355000. Interst on investment- 50000. loss of goodwill because of cancellation of loss- 45000. total loss rs. 758000=00

WE WANT REFUND OF OUR AMOUNT PAID FOR MACH PURCHASE Rs. 3,00,000 and economic loss due to other reasons as above Rs. 4,58,000. total Amount Rs. 7,58,000=00
