i have booked a online advertisement with this company for nav duniya bhopal edition paper. i booked the advertisement for on 28-04-2014 and the advertisement should be released on 1-02-2014 and 2-02-2014. But my advertisement is not printed on both the days. now their given mobile number is also not responding and their is no way of contacting them. i paid them rs.800/- online and i have a receipt for it.

i want my full money back with appropriate fine decided by the government and they should now release my advertisement for free for at least 1 week.
