My name is Tarun Bhatia. I have applied for a loan from Aeon Credit service . I got the approval on 6-oct-2013. The Application No. 000006563-7 and the Loan agreement no. 1310-1-0000022449-4. This loan was against the mobile phone “Samsung Galaxy Core” which I wanted to buy from “The Mobile Store”. Unfortunately, the mobile phone was out of stock. I have contacted the mobile store to check the status of mobile but till the morning of 13-Oct it was out of stock. Then at evening on 13-Oct I got to know that the mobile is in stock but my loan agreement has expired and I won’t be able to buy this product I have requested the dealer (The Mobile Store – shankar road, new delhi ) to sort this matter. In reply they said they will re-submit my application and they will get the approval by mail on Monday morning. Monday morning I got on more msg from Aeon stated that my Loan number 000007506-9. But at the very same day this application was declined by Aeon as i got to know this from “THE MOBILE STORE”. I asked them that it was not my fault. The mobile was not in stock so they have to fix this issue. Unfortunetly, They are not ready to listen anything.

I want “The Mobile Store” to provide me the mobile as my loan got expired just because of their mistake. They have promised me that they will arrange the mobile in 2 days but the they have failt to arrange and in result my loan apporval Got expired.
