Ihave purchased sonyericsson w200i set from mobile plaza at shop no 3.sidharth tower.ravi talkies square ,bhubaneswa as with the invoice no 023 on 2/10/2008. But i faced the battery problem. So i deposited it on 6th july 2009 at spirmon bhubaneswar,plot no 558.sahid nagar bhubaneswar. they have given me the time of 15 daya but till today as on 10.aug.2009 i have not got it. as i am from jajpur i have visited it more than five times. But every time they maade me sit for 2 hours and refused to give it to me. But i have contacted the sony cistmer care they replyed it have been dispatched from 28/july/2009. as last time i visited the service center on 10/aug/2009 they misbehaved me. as i am a student it is very difficult for me to tolerate and to come here again and again.I HAVE ALSO THE WARENTY PERIOD also.
