I had transported the goods from Ahmedabad to Jodhpur. Agent from Agarwal Cheap Relocation Services call me on 23.09.13, i told him for my requirements and requested to visit my place to see the stuff which i want to relocated. Mr. Dinesh Choudhary (Agent) 09979124507 came from from Agarwal Cheap Relocation Services and after he saw my stuff he gave me quote of 8200, which was than bargain by me and finally it come down to 6000 total of all taxes, he writes this amount by his own hand. We mutually excepts this deal and ready to load the my stuff on same day at 6 PM, and promise was given by him to deliver on 29.09.13 at Jodhpur. On 25.09.13 the same person Mr. Dinesh Choudhary arrive with driver of loading auto. I think few more people will arrive for his help but no body came, so i help him in packing and loading of the luggage, when he load all of the stuff except my single bed, i asked him to load the bed too, he gave me excuse that there is no more space on his loading auto, i thought it is ok. But when he makes a bill of 6900 rs, i asked why you are charging me this amount as this deal was final at 6000, then he told me that the taxes are additional, i told him that we discuss with all taxes, as it is also written in the quotation provided by him, then he told me that you have to pay this money by any how, i asked his driver (9712843517) that this is cheating, his driver told me that we are doing by this process only, this is the only process, the Mr. Dinesh threaten me to either off load the Goods or we know other ways to take our money, i rejected his views and told him very clear that i will not give you single rupees extra that what we had fixed (i.e. 6000), he threaten me once again by saying that you have to give the extra money or you upload your luggage and give us charges for loading to us, i was very shock with this behavior and was confused, i don’t know what to do, as i have to go in the morning to Jodhpur due to some urgent work, finally at last i had given him a cheque of 6000 rs of HDFC bank and told him clearly that i will only pay him rs 6000 not more that this. He take my cheque and went away by saying that you have to wait and see what we can do, i was helpless and frightened. Mean while he left my place with my goods and my cheque without giving me any bill/receipts. After 5 minutes i called him on his phone for my bill, he did not picked my phone. I take number written on his quote 9769640993, i called on this number, some Mr Rahul- picked this call and told him the whole story, he told me not worry he will talk to his guy and solved this matter. I was relaxed after hearing good words from Mr. Rahul. On 29.09.13 i was hoping my goods, when there was no communication from the company.
