Receipt/Booking number/GCN Note Number: VRNS000131 I booked Agarwal Movers and packers limited to shift my house hold items from Varanasi UP to Thane Maharastra, I paid 32,600 Rs for this service in advance inclusive of 10% FOV. I was assured of no damages to my goods. My goods were loaded from Varanasi on 01-Oct-2013 and delivered to Thane on 08-OcT-2013. I showed it to delivery staff that fridge wasn’t working, inverter was broken, mixer-grinder is full of scratches, all utensils are damaged. I followed up and called Prema on cell number 9324104321 and Neeraj on 8467012592 as suggest by call center but cell was switched off, called call center again and they said they will reply within 15 minutes but no revert. I am following up daily with Varanasi and Mumbai center but there is no action from their side.

I want them to pay for my damages as assured by them during booking.
