I have used service of Agarwal Packers and Movers Ltd (http://www.agarwalpackers.com/) The consignment number was UPB000932. It was in the month of October 2013. There were damages to my belongings in transport. I had insurance done. I had been interacting with one Ms Kusum ( 9339036xxx)and one Mr. Anil (9339067xxx;9831564xxx) from Kolkata. They are non committal on providing damages and showing extreme apathy towards my concern. They need to close this matter ASAP by providing me the solution by repairing the damages or providing equivalent money in insurance claim. Regards, Arindam
