We had booked household goods and 2 Bullet mobikes from 344, Sector 9, Dwarka, Delhi to 1/8 Tapovan Enclave, Dehradun on 12 Jan 2014. Mr. Bhagirath (name as told) kept on giving excuses daily that our goods will reach today but now is not picking the phone either. We only have the contact nos as follows – 011 65471429/ 9911893104. Please confirm on priority about the reason for this delay and service failure. INR 12,134.00 has been paid in cash vide Bill No. 1567 Dt 12/01/2014to the receiver of goods. Our docket no is DLH:1469. No. of pkg is 10. We had take the contact number from website and after confirming the name of company as Agarwal packers & movers Ltd, proceeded with this booking

Service provider to immediately handover goods to destination address ie 1/8 Tapovan Enclave, Dehradun-248008 in good condition and should be penalised sufficiently.
