My agent Biswaip Ghosh (Agent Code 315) is harassing me by not sending my policy till now even when I have received my card from Heritage, He does not even care to inform me over phone for the delay, nor does he care to be even polite when I enquire over phone. Kindly let me change this agent, whose rude behaviour is humiliating.
