Dear Sir, I have recently shifted from Delhi to Lucknow and i asked for the contact number of “Aggarwal Packers and Movers” from justdial my deal was fixed with the concerned person and he promised that my luggage will be delivered by 3rd of November 2014. first of all I received my luggage on 10th of November and my brand new Fridge, AC- Stabilizer of AC, Washing Machine, Big mirror, 2 Lamps all are damaged and when I asked him about this he started abusing and used very unacceptable language and said that I asked you to insure your good but if 1 or 2 things are damaged its ok bu everything is damaged and apart from this, my leather punching bag and a small cylinder they have still not delivered and I have the written document from the driver who came to deliver the goods I have registered a complaint against them on justdial as well but still no response and these packers and movers are abusing. I am very much frustrated with this behaviors of them please help me as all my new goods are also damaged and they are not taking any responsibility for this. I have attached the copy of list of items by the company and missing items are mentioned in it by the driver who came at the destination.
