had hired Agrawal Movers and Packers (PRS Group) for shifting of household material from Kolkata to Lucknow. I had paid Rs 6000/- against the insurance of Rs 2 Lcas. After unpacking, my TV, one big photo frame, TV trolley, Computer table are found to be broken. I complained to Service Provider for compensation via Phone and email. No action is taken till date. Even he is not ready to share insurance details so that i can claim directly with the insurer. I feel that he has not paid any amount to insurance and cheated me.The details are below:- 1.
