Sir, i shifted(GC NO-4353323) my house materils from Hyderabad to Bhubanswar by using Agrawal packers & movers (DRS) on dated 10th Nov 2013 and delivery team from Bhubanswar delivered on dated 23rd Nov 2013 but when delivery team opened items one by one cartoen i noticed some items are missing as half empty cartooens so delivery team told they are not responsible for missing items and they told might be missing at the trnsit time so on the spot of delivery i complained(written),they also taken my complaint and also claim dept also taken my complaint after 2-3 days.bUT now when called and sent mail they are not responding my call and harrasing me and uses words very roughly.at the time of book i also paid premium monEy for insurance of materials FOR 1 lakh.so kindly help me to resolve the issue as i am vey hope upon you. i want my mentioned items as i these items are my daily use and as per financial condtion it is very difficult to buy this item again.my family is suffering problems as i am only person of my family for earning,kindly help me to get this items.so that people will hope the indian jurdition and law and order. i will give all the supporting documents once i scanaed the copies.
