I had booked my household goods, my bike and Car with Agrawal Shifting Solutions in Mumbai on the 20th of April and asked for delivery at Kolkata. They assured of delivery in 8-10 days. Since we are new to Kolkata and had to find a house there, we asked them to deliver it by 3rd May, which they agreed but they did not deliver the goods by 14th also then we had to book a truck and labour on our own and pick the goods from the godwon. I.I had to run after them for over a week to get my household goods, bike and Car from them but they kept coming up with some or the other reason not to deliver it.And instead of that, they charged us for god won and labour charges because they had to stock our stuff for all these additional days although it is their mistake. They are blaming us for not accepting the good when in reality is that they are not delivering it to us.After receiving the goods we find that the wooden almirah and the steel almirah is all damaged. The washing machine is completely missing and after follow ups everyday also there has been no positive response from the movers and packers team.The TV table wheel is broken, fridge is dented from all sides and the compressor is completely dented because of which we cant use it. A lot of things are missing.The Kolkata office is not even picking our calls.

First of all we want our washing machine back. And secondly we want them to repair whatever can be repaired otherwise pay for all the damages and additional cost that we had to incur because of their slack.
