I am mailing you on behalf of our Society (Jai Bhawani Co-Op. Housing Society) and our neighbor society (Saraswati Karpe Chawl). We have been proposed for SRA Project by ‘Ahuja Constructions’ (Builder) by one of their mafia/gundas in our area. But we have been already told them that we are not ready until our society decides. Actually, we are demanding Carpet Area 269+Fungible Area @35% which is actually as per SRA law. Therefore, ‘Ahuja Builder’ is threatening through their hired gundas to our society members for signatures on their undisclosed agreement/consent letters. Yesterday, ‘Ahuja Constructions‘ local gundas have put the banner in mid of our both the societies (Attaching herewith the snap shot of the same). We all are requesting them to remove their banner until we gave any permission. But, their gundas have told us to do whatever you want’. They are saying we have already managed the local police station. We have been under pressure that ‘Ahuja Construction’ builder’s mafia and gundas will do us something. Please help and support us. We are actually demanding 363 Carpet Area (269+35%fungible) which is as per Slum Protection Law, but builder’s person’s don’t want to hear us for our rights what we are claiming, and threatening us for signature on their un-disclosed agreement.
