Hello, we have booked the following tickets through AIR ASIA. 1. from Kolkatta to Bangkok with PNR number GCRSRQ dated 17june2014 2. from Bangkok to Kaula lampur with PNR CEUUKX dated 20june2014 3. from Kaula lampur to kolkatta with PNR number WC229T dated 25june2014. We booked all the tickets in September. We recceived a message from AIR ASIA that flight from Kolkatta to Bangkok has been cancelled and you take the refund of that ticket. We ask them to cancel all our three tickets as the whole journey was getting disturbed due to cancellation of first ticket of the journey , but they refused and said you will get the refund of only one ticket. We also asked them to change the dates of remaining two tickets, they asked for additional charge of approx 10,000-15000. So, we request you to please ask them to either provide us a ticket to BANGKOK FROM KOLKATTA OR ANY DESTINATION IN NORTH. else we cant plan our vacations. We need amount with full interest.

I called so many times and i didn’t get any satisfactory answer from them and moreover i faced so much problem and also wasted so much amount and time. I want my money with interest as all fault is theirs.
