This is with reference to my group refund where in AIR ASIA has cancelled the flight to bangalore and delaying my payment. The Air asia airlines cancelled the flight and put us into hard ship by not arranging alternate flights. We were forced to book alternate flight by paying extra fare. When they denied for alternate flight we requested for refund on 20-11-2014 but it is more than 64 days since we requested for refund and the airline is yet to refund our airfare. The number of phone calls made to air asia is a mere waste.Request you to intervene and solve the issue or tell us where you stand in this regard to enable us put up the issue before the consumer forum for refund and punishing the air line for their rude behavior towards its customers. Details of ticket is as follows. Ticket booking reference number N9BHPS for Rs.10,422 and ticket reference number P9EZKS for Rs.3474 .Since the mode of payment was thru credit card i dont understand what is the problem in the refund. The date of journey was 22-11-2014 MAA TO BLR. Request you to reply immediately as i have no replies from AIRASIA nodal and applelate authorities.
If iam not going to get a reply from you i have no other option to put up the matter before consumer forum for your worst service. I will be claiming the compensation from AIRASIA legally even after i get the refund or not. AIRASIA has tested my patience.
I was forced to buy tickets at high rates and i’m unable to get the refund even after 64 days though i wrote to airasia and also to dgca. no response from either of them. Request to get the refund and punish the airline for delay.also to question dgca for not intervening into the matter for getting refund.
