I purchased o general air condition in April 2013 was not working properly so I complained to dealer pioneer refair’s Mr. Raju on 9825066xxx through sub dealer on 21/03/14 he could not rectify as the ac was defective. So I complained to ETA on company’s customer care no 18602081007 on 11/06/14 complaint no AHM11406110046 and got reply your complaint will be resolved in next 24 to 48 hours by Radha krishna Tech. Ahmedavad no one turned up so I emailed on customercare@etageneral.com on 16/10/14 twice but in vain. again on 18/06/14 complained by phone complaint no AHM11406180064 same reply. but no one turned up. i contacted Mr Abhay company sales manager on mobile no 8485938xxx in July’14 he said he will send company technician. After about 20 days Mr. Pathan mobile no 7567910xxx came and with checking said i will send serviceman. After 10 days serviceman came without multi meter and checked nothing and said we will change the cable and check if it is ok. After no one turned up suddenly they asked me to send my AC to their work shop so I send. After that i contacted Mr Raju dealer your Ac is defective, also send email about my complaints on pioneerrefair@rediffmail.com now they have not yet taken decision on defective Ac to replace. Ac is with the company for a month now
