i booked flight with Air India from Bangalore to Delhi for my travel on 18th October 2013 which was suppose to depart at 10:35 AM. on 18th morning at around 5:00 AM i got text message from Air India that my particular flight which have booked , has been cancelled and merged with some other flight which is scheduled to depart at 12:10 PM.i was completely shocked as what to do now beacuse i had train from Delhi at 2:30 PM on the same day which i will miss if i board the flight at 12:10 PM.i called up Air India customer care for any other alternative so that i could reach Delhi on time and shouldnt miss my train.unfortunately they couldnt help me at all and one of the executive used abusive language as well as they cant do anything. they gave me duty manager s contact number for Bangalore Airport to find some other alternative but nobody was attending the call. then i was advised to leave immediately for the Airport.that was another shock as my house is 70 KM away from Airport and being single girl i didnt have any alternative to go to airport as taxi was booked according to my flight at 10:30 AM. somehow i reached at airport and duty manager called me when i was on the way and asking me to reach within 5 mins otherwise i could miss one alternative.how could i reach within 5 mins when i didnt even enter Airport? then i met the duty manager there got flight to Jet Airways which was departing 10:40 AM.this was fine. but they couldnt arrange anything for me to sit over as it was just 6:30 AM.i had to wait till 10:40 AM. now another thing there was no meal on board with Jet Airways whereas i was with Air India. and Air India didnt clear anything about it. i didnt get meal also. i was really very annoyed with Air India service and they way Air India staff behaved with me.they informed me in such a short notice when it was very difficult to find something other. Need a clearification on this pathetic service.

atleast need compensation.
