I had a booking for three family members including me on Air India Flight AI 416 from JPN, Patna to T3, Delhi scheduled at 16.50 on 26/01/2014 at Patna and scheduled arrival at T3, Delhi at 18.40 hrs. on the same day. Considering the considerable time gap, I had also onward railway reservation for three members in 16317 Himsagar Exp from H. Nizamuddin station (Delhi) scheduled departure at 21.10 on 26.01.2014. Booked tickets are attached for perusal.

I pray for compensation of Rs. 5297 from Air India (i.e. 1433 for booked railway ticket for 26/01/2014; 395 for pre-paid taxi from T3, Delhi to New Delhi on 26/01/2014, hotel charges of Rs. 2046 for stay in Delhi on 26/01/2014 and Rs. 1423 for new booked railway ticket from New Delhi to Sangrur for 27/01/2014. I also pray for compensation of additional Rs. 25,000/- from Air India for inconvenience and suffering to my family and loss of official works.
