I booked two online return Air tickets from Delhi to Vishakhapatnam & back over internet in thename of Sujit Acharya & Mrs Nibedita Acharya from Air India Site on 22/03/2014. The cost of the tickets was deducted from my account without any tickets and the transaction ref no of state bank of India is IGQ2040529 for Rs 12475/-. They have given a ref no i.e. “AIBE11000481” and advised me to contact Air India over phone. But when contacted the call center, they advised me to send the mail to ecommerce@airindia.in & rebook the tickets and told me that AI will refund the money within 40 days. I am not interested in money but to have the booked tickets regenerated and given to me.

I need to get the tickets as they have deducted the money & that has already been credited to IA’s account.
