I cancelled my booked air india ticket no. 098-2106777637 and 098-2106777636 on 4-07-2013 of the air india flight 9601 dated 5.7.2013 at 05:50am and ai 9602 dated 08.07.2013 at 15:20. Air india provide me a refund details of rs. 16,778/- after deducation of cancellation charges of rs. 6,316/- form total amount of rs. 23,094/-. I send a mail to air india on 23-7-2013 and they reply to refund me withen two week’s. But as on 29-7-2013 i received only rs. 3,966/-. I complaind again on 7-08-2013 and they reply me that as per our details 5th july details was no show and 8th july ticket was cancelled at 10:12 hours whereas the flight is 10:50 hours. Therefore only taxes are refundable. So we refund only rs. 1983 per ticket.

I want my cancelled amount which shows me in refund details and also compensation amount which is incurred by air india on non payment of refund amount
