dear sr i ltcol ruth vijayalatha accompanied by my 13 yrs old son supposed to board ai 866 from goa on 13 jan 14 to delhi. i reached goa airport at 0624 hrs mr john fernandis received me at entrance and took me to the booking counter , he mentioned the reporting time on my tkt as 0632hrs and told the staff at the booking counter to close the counter and refused me to issue the boarding pass. on request he offered me to travel alone and suggested my son to travel by next flight to delhi. at 1500 hrs stating that there is only one seat available. where as this was highly impossible as i had to take a connecting spice jet flight from delhi at 1345 hrs to bagdogra on the way to gangtok (sikkim). the rude and adamant behaviour of mr john fernandis had cost me mental harassment.financial loss and professional unpleasantness. due to this i lost rs 6000/- on cancellation of spice jet tkt from ur end i would like to know the logic behind offering me to accomodat alone in the flight leaving behind my 13 yrs old son. the financial loss may be reimbus. red to me my tkt was booked on 28 dec 13 for two adult and i would like to know the reason for refusing boarding/offering single seat. the matter may be considered seriously and the rude behaviour of air india staff to be looked into my pnr – j9qdd my entry time at the entrance may be viewed by the cc tv footage.

financial lose may be reimbursed and necessary action may be taken against the concerned person.
