I have ordered an air sofa to the said company over phone 08527134732. I got the delivery of product on 10-02-2014 vide invoice no. FF2066 dated 06-02-2014. While using the product, I found that buckles provided on the back of sofa are not functioning properly. moreover air pressure get released very quickly. The company had given us 60 days money back guarantee which is clearly mentioned on the invoice. I informed the company about malfunctioning of the product. initially there was no response from there side. Later on a good day I was given the number 09971055830 for complaint. I lodged my complaint over this mobile, I got my complaint no. IN5075006 with the instructions to message my bank details. After a week, when I called to 09971055830, the fellow on other side told me that my complaint has been rejected without any reason. His behavior was also improper.
