I bought a Air ticket from the agency named RIPSAN TRAVELS PVT LTD,P.O.ROAD,OPP ARYA INTER COLLEGE,DEHRADUN-248001,INDIA for DELHI TO OSAKA AND OSAKA TO DELHI on 17th january 2010 and i went to osaka on 22nd january as per my reservation but i booked the ticket for 90 days open and i paid the money for same,but now i want to come back from osaka to delhi but when i was send the ticket to another travel agency for confirm a date of flight that time i they told me that the validity of ticket is only one month and if you want to continue the same ticket then you will pay the 6 thousands INR for reissue the ticket,after that i talked with the travel agency many time but they told me that they are not responsible for that.
i talked with air india officers also but they also told me that they also not able to do anything now.
now i am going to pay a around 6000 rupee for the ticket and then will come to india.
so please let me know that,what i will do now.
its not a bad way to do a buisness of the concerning travel agency???its my first time to bought a ticket from this agency.
