I Laxmi Khan,a registered user of Aircel service,mob.no.-8984375xxx,am being very much harassed and frustrated due an Aircel service package (MUSIC CONNECT).This pack is being constantly activated on my no.despite of my complaints to the customer care executive for its deactivation and refund of my deducted balance.Only once my balance was refunded.The very day my balance was refunded again it got deducted due to the activation of the same service.On registering my complain with the Aircel customer care executive,instead of redressing to my grievance they misbehaved with me.I will be very grateful if you look into my matter as soon as possible and help me get my deducted balance back.

I want my deducted balance(Rs.24) to be refunded.And further neither such services should not get activated on my no.nor my balance should get deducted unnecessarily.And lastly I want the customer care executives to behave properly with their customers and not use harsh words while dealing with the customers’ problems.
