sir i am using AIRCEL telecom services. my number is 9804085xxx. from my account regularly balance gets deducted. i have complained many times in 198 and a few times to the appellate authority of aircel. but my problem has not been solved. few times they have refunded me the money and few times they don’t. The reason they are giving for my balance deduction is totally wrong. Believe me sir they are giving false reason. In fact when i last time complained in appellate authority they promised to refund me my money. but they didnt. The reference number of the complain is 1-15220127963. please look after the matter. please tell me how can i get rid of these false deductions. I am writing you this mail in high expectation that you will solve my problem. i am waiting for your quick reply

i want back the money refunded. approximately more or less rs 100 has been deducted till now. i want it back. and i want that you please make aircel stop those deductions. i am tired of these.
