I recharged my mobile on 10th Aug through through USSD dialing *122*3000# and then following the instructions where it was written Unlimited 3G and 2G PocketInternet packs. I recharged with Rs 7 pack valid for two days. But on day two aircel has charged me for download although it was quoted that the there was unlimited access. My balance which was around Rs 30 went to Rs 0. Again I recharged online on 12th Aug with Rs 40 and Rs 7 for pocket internet. In the recharge site it was written that ,”High Speed Data 3G(60MB) & High Speed Data 2G(60MB). Speed will throttle from 64kbps to 32kbps after specified data usage.” I was charged again after using internet for some time and My Rs 40 balance went to 0. When I called the customer care they said they have changed the usage limited but it is not updated in their online recharge site and USSD. The customer care manager said the mistake is on my part and it take time to change details in online recharge site and other places. But is it just to change the rates providing old rate information to the customer? Aircel has cheated me providing false information in USSD and Online recharge mode.
I want a recharge of Rs 100 to my balance.
