For a Billing against Aircel, I approached Akosha.com. Since I am not satisfied with their commitment, I said no to their service. But they called me twice a day for money. Finally I paid the amount. My complaint number is 269951. But once they received the amount, they were not responing properly. They were just teaching me how to write e-mails. They gave false commitment like “We know the escalation team of the company; so we can get your issue resolved within some days”. But nothing happened to my issue. They just cheated my money.
I lost my money and my valuable time.
