first of all sir aircel customer care misguided me that 148rs net pack will give me 2gb hi speed net as i am getting 2 kbps speed only.further when i contacted them at 121/198 no. they are not recieving my call,i recharged it on 15 jan 14.msg i am getting when i am checking my net balance showing null 2047mb. then i contacted above mentioned individual for complaint he assured me that problem get sorted out but after contacting him on 16jan i again contacted him on 17jan first he won’t recieved my call then after continuous trying he received then again told me to call after one hr at 1700hrs but haven’t done and now his mobile is switched off. please solve my problem by refunding it aur giving me the required benefit as they told to me.
