Aircel – Deducting money without reason, without informing

Aircel is deducting money without a proper reason, without informing me of the deduction and when I called to return the money, Customer Care guy says we have some technical problem and money can’t be returned. Also when again called they keep disconnecting the call repeatedly. This is happening repeatedly and they are not even returning the money back. Recently I recharged with Rs. 10 and the money got deducted within one day. I have not made a single call or any usage during this period. This is just a single instance I remember, but this is happening repeatedly.

I want my money back, and if this was deducted with valid reason, I need legal proof and legal justification of these deductions. Note: I have not made a single call(not any usage as well) from the mobile during this time. Please justify the Customer Care guys behavior. They never give a valid answer and keep disconnecting the call from me.
