Dear Sir/Madam, I applied for the AIRCEL 3G Dongle and paid the Advance Rental of Rs.1398/- ( Receipt Number : EPS20997340 ) on 07th April 2014 at Aircel Cellcity Ambattur. At the time of purchase they told that if the Address Verification was not happened in 7 working days, you can refund the money. But that was not happened that means address verification not happened . Also I go to Aircel Cellcity, they told that you please wait 2 another days. Same I done. After that also verification not happened. I went ambattur branch and claim the refund the amount. That time they told that they don’t have Money Refund Policy. So you have to wait to get the Data Card. Also 1 executive was talking in harshly. That was also disappointed me. On the same day morning Address verification done. After that they told now they don’t have a stock of Dongle, we have to get it through courier only. Then only we can able to hand over the Dongle. My Issue 1) Aircel Cellcity phone was ringing only, no one can pick up the phone. But we enter into the showroom they talking with someone in the number . For that they told that they can’t able to attend the incoming call. They are using for that number only for Outgoing Calls. Then why should they give the number in web sites and ways. 2) I paid advance rental. So my money in your hand. My Activation in AIRCEL hand. Then why should you not to provide the Dongle to us. 3) That Executive of the showroom ( not able to mention name ) was talking harshly. This is the way to talking with customers. That girl challenge me that if possible you can get the Dongle within 7 working days. Why? In the current market so much of offer available for 3G Dongle . They provide the dongle and activate immediately at Door Step. 4) For each and every time we have to go for the Cellcity Ambattur directly. But Aircel business category is Tele Communication and Aircel your advertisement resemble that connecting people. Why should Aircel do the things like this. Finally I don’t want AIRCEL Dongle, I need my Money . Kindly take a action refund the Money .
