i recharge my phone 8233868xxx with rate cutter plan RCV32 validity (when i recharged is 90 days) on 07/02/2014. but they give only 30 days validity to me.i also have message sent from aircel office.
Regrading this from date 09/03/2014 trying to reach the call center and describe my side after many attempts.they send me to their customer office. i file the complain they tell me to wait 24 hours but after that my complaint automatic false. and they not able to give me satisfactory answer.
Refund my money with penalty and also refund the extra talk-time money with they charge not according to plan on these date. other than this i want to relief my mentally and physically harassment.
