Aircel – Misbehaviour of staff along Payment not yet updated

Hi, I use an Aircel number for which I pay thousands of rupees every month as part of my monthly billing. But from last 6-8 months, I am keep getting numerous calls saying they are from Aircel and behaving very rudely and abusing over the phone for not making a payment of Rs.153/-. Although i pay the bills on time, just to get rid of this issue i made a payment on Aircel portal of that Rs.153/-, but nothing changed. Till date and just before 5minuts before I write this complaint too I got a call from 7411130323 asking for payment of Rs.153/-. As and when I tried to explain t he person about the whole issue, they just disconnect the call and nobody bothers to pick if i call them back. I tried calling Aircel customer care on 121 and have lodged so many complaints on this issue but even those people least bothered and this issue is yet to sort. Is there any suggestion that i can get to proceed legally against Aircel for irritating me Mentally? If so kindly help me in this issue to resolve it

I want proceed further filing legal actin Action against aircel in disturbing me mentally and left me with irritation that spoiled my whole after such an arguments with those uneducated people who ever calls atleast 3-4 times in day. along if you look at my profile, i travel a lot and most those people calls made my mobile roaming bill go high. So i want to claim some money for this misbehavior as per the laws applicable
