My phone no is 8562041034 as my balance is deducting, i got a problem with it. Since 17:02:14 my balance deducted about 40 to 60 rps for nothing. I didn’t subscribe to any of the service but still my money was deduct as i recharge my phone. Sms comes that “thanks for using Aircel Service.” and “thanks for using pocket internet” and when i want to stop service if there was any than sms comes that”dear Customer, Sorry, We can not process your request. Please try again later”and” you are not authorized to use this service”.

When i deactivate vas service if there was any than sms comes that”you are not subscribed to any vas service.” also when i try to call customer care, they also didn’t pike up. now i even scars from recharge my account so please i want my money back for that i didn’t do nothing. Aircel users use this company sim because of great net plans so please don’t do any sily and non-sens with any user. i thought you understand this so please pay my money back as soon as possible. I thought you understand my request.
