I recently ported my mobile number 9796125xxx from vodafone to aircel . the documents were submitted on 8th of April and the confirmation was received for the same and the number was to be ported on 27 th april at 2200 hrs however it did not take place and since then niether my vodafone network is getting connected nor the aircel i have faced lot of trouble for last three days , this was my primary number and i get my orders on the same and i ported my number from vodafone hoping that i would get a better service but alas it turned out be a bitter experience , the customer care poeple ask to contact the dealer and dealer asks to contact the customer care and no one is solving the problem and the height is the poeple at the helm are behaving like morons
firstly i want my phone to work secondly i want payment for all the visits and calls it took me which amounts to more than 2000 rupees and i want a written apology from the staff
