Aircel – modified recharge packs not updated on the website

Dear Sir, I am Prabir Prasad Das, having Aircel prepaid number 9804655655. I have recharged with Rs. 16/- on 26-Oct-2013. I saw in your website on 26-Oct-2013 that, by recharging with Rs. 16/- I will get 3 days unlimited internet (100 MB high speed). The link is: http://www.aircel.com/AircelWar/appmanager/aircel/kolkata?_nfpb=true&_pageLabel=P4400120031265171216076 So, as per the information provided by you on your website, we are suppose to get the benefit of 3 days unlimited internet. After recharging with Rs. 16/-, I was having main account balance of Rs. 160/-. But, by today morning, i.e. on 27-Oct-2013 when I checked my balance, I found that the account balance is Rs. 0/-. Then I have called up customer care to know why the balance has been deducted with out my concern and when neither I have called up someone nor I subscribed to any of your VAS services. In response to my question, the customer service associate told me that, the 3G plans has been modified and the new benefit of Rs. 16/- Pocket Internet recharge is 150 MB Limited Data for 4 days. And that is the reason I got charged Rs. 160/- from my main account balance for surfing the internet after the free allowance. I replied as there is no update from your end regarding the same on your website, hence refund the amount back in my main account. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE DENIED! I am requesting you to take care of that issue on an URGENT BASIS and refund the amount at the earliest. If you don’t, then I will be bound to forward the issue to consumer forum.
