I port out my number 9768000xxx from vodafone to aircel on 26-08-2014. But the sim showed registration failed after 5 days.I launched a complaint re submitted documents and it started on 18-09-2014. It is barred again from 19-8-2014 till now. I gave a porting request for the no. 9702102xxx on date 20-8-2014 and it is still in process after 1 month.

i live in dombivli east. The gallery of the Aircel is in Dombivli west. as i am working i can not go there regularly and get a followup. i visited gallery 10 times till now but the response is we will do it today itself. but that today has not come till date 21-09-2014.because of this delay i had to pay the bill of Vodafone of rs 560.

i want a relief of rs 1000 for causing me the trouble mentally and physically.
