Aircel Postpaid bill generated even after cancellations

I have cancelled the Aircel no:8553015503(dongle) in March-April2013 in Aircel Shop at Koramangala. After paying understanding a request has been raised. After that I didn’t get any bills from last March.Suddenly now i got 1300 bill with legal notice. Is this my fault..in spite of cancelling in showroom if you won’t cancel it…? Customer care is worst there is no line for Dongle. When I contacted Aircel office in Bangalore they are telling we can’t do anything you have to pay bill. And I checked here my usage is also Zero from March-2013. So is it not Aircel’s responsibility? to stop the service when I requested to stop.

I request Aircel to immediately settle my case else I will appeal with the Telecom dispute Settlement and Appellate Tribunal and seek compensation for false billing.
