Dear Sir, I purchased a Aircel Postpaid connection (9697044167)on 08/03/2012. After few months, I got my number converted to PREPAID. Aircel representative said I will get my security back in max 2 months. Since that day, I am following with Aircel team for my security cheque both on E-mail and physically at COCO(Aircel front end office). For my 400-450 INR security, I have spent more than one year running every other day to Customer Care office. Many times I was marked absent from my duty as Aircel representatives called me on working days. Now they say that cheque was dispatched to my address. When I told them that I never received my cheque, they say that they are not responsible for tracking the cheque once the same is dispatched and cannot do anything about that. Even with all my efforts, I have not received my much deserved cheque. However what I have got is acute Mental frustration, explanation at my office for being absent, Thousands of rupees spent on Fuel. I request you to please help me in this regard so that I can get justice and it should be exemplary that nobody else in future gets tortured by Aircel careless and indifferent attitude.
