Respected sir/ madam, I m an aircel user having a number as 9857960xxx .i have a data pack of rs 251 from 16 feb to 15 april .on the 12/03/2014 an amount of rs 50 was deducted from my account when I was surfing internet.contacting to co ivr it was told that amount was deducted by clicking a flash message from the company showing on some website.I want to affirm you that I haven’t opted any of such message.therefore you are requested to refund my money to the account…apart from this,,few days ago my account was also deducted for rs 45 when I was surfing internet…when I contacted to 198 they told me that I have opted for some schemes on pocket internet…I want to tell you that I never opted for any of service from pocket internet.then how this ammount deducted..it seems that there are some hidden links attatched with some websites which creat these kinds of theft to company without any information to the customer…therefore you are requested to find out these facts and dirrct the aircel hp cicle to refund all my ammount which was deducted in my ignorance… Thank you Yours faithfully Javed iqbal
