On 17/01/2014 Aircel deduct Rs 8 for Dialer Tune which is activated Aircel Itself.Aircel customer care executive told me that they will refund amount in 24 hours but nothing has been done to resolve the issue(reference number 1-14497673079) after that on 19/01/2014 Aircel again deduct Rs 49.I tried to call customer care on this matter but complaint has not been addressed satisfactorily so i lodge complaint on Appellate Authority but no response from there side (reference number ERN-1019621-MB7ZM7)

Arount Rs 80 and mental tension.
