they have started value added service on my mobile number named “Music connect”firstly i haven’t opt for this service second ally today itself i got to know that they have started this service back on 9th dec. 2013 ,which im not aware of.Rs30 per month has been deducted from my balance from the date it started.

As i asked call center guy to stop this service , he stopped it but he didn’t returned my balance and when i asked him to connect me to their higher authority ,he was denying it and didn’t connect me to the higher authority and he himself agreed that this was there mistake
