My mobile bill for the month of Dec 2013, was charged excessively citing VAS Charges of 7700 INR. I do not use VAS, and do not have the VAS settings in my mobile. Have been sending communication to the authorities, but no response.9841072xxx

This issue of excess billing occurs every year, And they do not sort this out.

Waiver of VAS Charges of 7700, and adequate compensation for the time we have spent of resolving this issue.
