I already made my complaint for Airtel mobile no 9810267143. We had not never requested for proving the information about the cricket. Being the senior citizen we have no interest in the cricket. Un-necessary the information are being given and no of times Rs. 5/- each time from the balance available in the mobile. What is the reason. Why the senior citizen is being harassed. I made complaints through the mobile to discontinue this facilities but no action has been taken so far. I also made the complaint through this Box. Pl take immediate necessary action to delete thef acilites. I dont want any sms about the cricket. Please intimate me action taken report immediately. Otherwise I will take up the matter with police Deartment.
