AirIndia Amount Deducted, Payment Outstanding Reflected

I booked my ticket from Airindia website on 9th Oct’14 from Ranchi to Mumbai. The details are as below: Booking reference number: Z0GHZ Passenger name: Smita Kumari Flight Number: AI 810 Departure Date: 3rd Nov 14 The ticket amount got deducted from my bank account immediately but I didn’t get the ticket. And it is still showing payment is outstanding on the website. I am trying online booking help desk numbers (011-24624xxx and 24624xxx) given in the website since Friday morning (almost 20 times) but no one is picking up the call at these numbers. I visited the Air India office at Mumbai Domestic Airport and they again directed me back to online booking helpdesk numbers only. Meanwhile, I have made some 6 calls at the Air India call center but they denied to help in this matter. I mailed the request of ticket almost 4 times to mail ID’s given on Air India website.

I want an immediate action from Air India to provide me my ticket as early as possible, so that I will not have to make more calls for it and also my 6639/- will not a loss for me. A refund will not work as a new ticket will cost me much more extra money.
