i booked ticket of my cousin who cant speak through air india from mumbai to chennai. scheduled departure of flight was 1pm,13/08/14 from terminal 2 mumbai. at 10am air india informed that flight is delayed by 12 hr. they somehow convinced them not to cancel ticket and go to domestic airport to get ticket of another air india flight. now after reaching domestic airport their duty manager refused to give ticket saying that flight is full. no one is even bother about the person who cant speak. from morning they are wandering here and there and no one from air india is bothered. humanity in staff is died or what? the person for whom i have booked ticket is sick.and these people are just harassing them.till now they havent got any type of support from staff.

i want that case against air india must be lodged. and air india must be punished properly for its irresponsible act.
